Sankofa Learning Place L.L.C. is committed to transforming the learning experience for parents, educators, and students by providing accessible, personalized support and professional development that fosters academic success and inclusive growth.

I am a New York State certified Special Education teacher with over 10 years of experience in education, including 7 years of direct classroom teaching in grades 1–9. I have provided Special Education Teacher Support Services (SETSS) and tutoring for many years, working closely with students who have a wide range of academic needs. For the past 3 years, I have also served as a professional development trainer, supporting educators in areas such as classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.

I am the founder and owner of Sankofa Learning Place L.L.C., an online educational services business based in Brooklyn, NY. We specialize in SETSS, private tutoring, homework help, and in providing coaching and professional development for teachers. We offer math, reading, and writing support for grades K–6, and reading and writing services for grades K–12.

Our services are conducted exclusively online, making it easy for families to access high-quality, flexible support. Whether your child receives special education services or simply needs extra academic help, you can rest assured they will receive instruction from certified teachers who lead with care, competence, and professionalism.
